Project Coordinator
• Review Contract/Purchase order documents for any extraneous requirements. Provide SOV to Columbus based on conversations with Salesperson.
• Provide purchase orders as needed to lock in pricing and provide shop drawings.
• Create, coordinate and compose submittals.
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track.
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, properly filed and stored.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Once submittals are approved, compile job folder and prepare handoff to Project Manager.
• Complete all closeout documentation.
• Have an expertise level of knowledge of all products and systems provided.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PDF editing, Microsoft Suite, Adobe Suite -
Project Manager
• Review project approved submittals with project coordinator and salesperson.
• Manage a team of workers, including work schedules, project progress and resource allocation.
• Finalize cost estimates and quantities for labor, supplies, materials and other project costs
• Collaborate with clients and other construction management to determine budget and timeline
• Procure materials/send Purchase orders as required.
• Set up freight.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery with vendors and suppliers
• Create schedules for workers and subcontractors
• Review jobsite logistics to provide accurate information to subcontractors.
• Field measure, check openings, slabs, etc. as required.
• Make changes in the operation as necessary to best meet construction deadlines
• Implement management techniques that are cost-effective and efficient.
• Take photographs during construction and once project is completed.
• Have an expertise level of knowledge of all products and systems provided.
• Travel to and from office and job sites is required. -
HVAC Outside Sales
• Regular face to face interactions with customers (new and existing) to establish long term customer relationships, each year growing the market and the number of customers.
• Executing a sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements
• Maintain up to date industry knowledge on HVAC acoustical products and market segment
• Learn Customer intrinsic culture, values and key drivers
• Innovative in the development and utilization of sales application tools
• Selling value added products from the Ketchum & Walton product offering
• Providing technical guidance and solutions built around customer needs
• Making effective presentations on products, technical data, creative solutions etc . .
• Preparing bids/proposals -
Architectural Outside Sales
• Regular face to face interactions with customers (new and existing) to establish long term customer relationships, each year growing the market and the number of customers.
• Executing a sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements
• Maintain up to date industry knowledge on architectural/interior acoustical products and market segment
• Learn Customer intrinsic culture, values and key drivers
• Innovative in the development and utilization of sales application tools

• Providing technical guidance and solutions built around customer needs
• Making effective presentations on products, technical data, creative solutions etc . .

Air Filtration Outside Sales
